How does the facility work?
IGF provide you with the finance to fund the asset you are looking to use. You have full use of the asset without committing any capital in return for rental payments during an agreed period with flexible payment patterns to suit your individual needs.
VAT is only payable on each rental and is normally recoverable if you are VAT registered, also the rental is generally tax deductible to the extent that the asset is used in your business.

Fees
